The Pasta Origin

The old story about what we Jews enjoyed for 1,000 years before the advent of Chinese cuisine has been mildly turned on its head. According to Wikipedia, pasta in China began in 2,000 B.C.E., about 2,400 years before DeCecci came to Jerusalem.
