Since making the switch to working from home, I've been enjoying the transition from Microsoft Starbucks machine to my own hand-crafted solution. Running low on Chemex unbleached filters, I decided to reconnect with my Francis Francis! X3 Espresso Machine. It's been a struggle to get to know her again (watery pucks, uneven streams, yadda, yadda). Thanks to Jessica @ Seattle Coffee Gear, I am righting the ship.
@ SGC's reco, I'm going to receive some of Velton's Bonsai Espresso Blend. I've heard wonderful things about Velton's, and I'll look forward to experiencing it for myself!
